Principal’s Message
Dear Parents and Students,
Welcome to Irfan Munshi Shishu Vihar, the Gujarati Medium Kindergarten Section of Munshi Manubarwala Memorial Charitable Trust, Bharuch.
It gives me immense pleasure to welcome our young learners and their families to our vibrant learning community. Early childhood is one of the most significant stages in a child's life, laying the foundation for future learning, character, and success. At Irfan Munshi Shishu Vihar, we believe that education is not merely about academic achievement—it is about nurturing confident, compassionate, curious, and responsible individuals.
Our Kindergarten programme is thoughtfully designed to provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children learn through play, exploration, creativity, and meaningful experiences. We recognize that every child is unique, and we strive to create opportunities that support their holistic development—academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and creatively.
We follow a child-centric and activity-based pedagogical approach where learning is carefully structured into engaging routines. Our daily programme includes Greeting Time, Table-Top Activities, Circle Time, and Learning Stations, allowing children to actively participate, discover, and develop essential life skills. Through these experiences, children strengthen their communication abilities, social interactions, emotional awareness, and problem-solving skills while building a lifelong love for learning.
Assessment at our Kindergarten is equally unique and developmentally appropriate. Rather than relying solely on formal testing, we observe children's participation, behaviour, interactions, and learning progress to gain a comprehensive understanding of their growth and development.
Our dedicated teachers are the cornerstone of our success. Through regular professional development programmes and continuous training, they remain updated with modern educational practices and innovative teaching methodologies. Their commitment, care, and expertise help create a nurturing environment where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired.
